1. Our small heat size of 12/15 Ton is ideal for special grade or for Tailor made chemistry requirements.
2. Can offer AOD / VD Route material with fine chemistry & gas control.
3. Bottom poured Ingots with Argon Shrouding & Hydraulically controlled teeming rate to ensure good quality of Ingots.
4. Forging is done on Automatic 1000 Ton Hydraulic Forging Press with 10 Ton Rail bound Integrated Manipulator to achieve close dimension tolerance.
5. Special heat treatment facility is available for solution Annealing, Quenching & Tempering & Precipitation Hardening.
